Executive Director

Michele Chadwick is Love INC of Greater Hershey's Executive Director. Five years ago Michele left Bradford County and her job with DuPont to move 150 miles south to Hershey to become a full-time mom. For more than ten years Michele held various engineering, leadership and international project management positions within DuPont. She is a graduate of Towanda High School and Bucknell University, a member of First United Methodist Church of Hershey and former secretary for their Church Council. Michele resides in Hershey with her husband Scot and two daughters.

Clearinghouse Coordinator

Cindy Lear is Love INC's Clearinghouse Coordinator. In this role, Cindy is responsible for coordinating Love INC's office activities, including overseeing volunteers and assisting clients. Cindy earned her undergraduate degree in sociology at Rowan University and her Master of Arts in ministry-small groups at Lancaster Bible College. She is currently serving part-time on the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey's youth ministry staff as coordinator for Female Students and Youth Staff. Cindy is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey. She and her family reside in Palmyra.

The Parsonage Director

Irvine Smalls is Love INC's The Parsonage Director. Irv provides direction and leadership to this ministry. He is a retired manager of community relations and staff scientist with The Hershey Company. Irv is a former AME pastor. He served as a board elder and volunteer coordinator of the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey Sunday School AEF. Irv is a graduate of Hershey Medical Center's Chaplaincy Program. He is a graduate of Elizabethtown College (B.S. Chemistry) and Penn State University (B.S. Psychology), and is completing a master's degree in health education from Penn State University. Irv and his family are members of the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey.
